Our History

Bayline Developments is owned and operated by Danny and Kristen Bayly, who are committed to providing superior customer service in all aspects of design and build.

Danny had extensive experience working on large commercial projects in both Sydney and Newcastle before establishing Bayline in the year 2000, and focussing on building both residential and commercial properties.  After falling in love with beautiful Harrington Waters in 2004, the couple began undertaking building developments in the area, whilst still based and building in Newcastle.   In 2008 both the business and the Bayly's moved permanently to Harrington.

Our Business

Over time our business has evolved and we now focus primarily on custom bullt residential homes.  We listen carefully to the client's brief and budget and personally design their dream home.

We believe in complete commitment to our clients builds.  We don't take on more than we can personally handle.  You won't be assigned a project manager - you deal direct with the owner and builder.

We build individual homes and businesses to meet our clients' budgets, designs and needs.  We understand that building is a huge investment in time and money and we aim to make the entire process hassle-free, on time and on budget.

We are located at 'The Marina Shops' in Harrington on the Mid North Coast of NSW. After 8 years of designing and constructing homes on the water, overlooking the golf course, and everywhere in between, we have a wealth of knowledge and experience and can help make your dreams come true . . .
