If we were to build again we would build with Bayline again, we liked the person to person approach, rather than dealing with larger project companies. It was a lot easier to make minor modifications.

What was great, we presented Bayline with a plan of what we wanted, with modification and ideas from both parties, we found this comfortable and virtually stress free.

During the build process we found bayline were constantly keeping us up to date with regular on site visits.

We have already recommended Bayline to our family, we found that we were treated as by our name rather than a number, We really loved the personal touches that Bayline provided.

I would give Bayline 5 out 5 star rating for their Quality of build.

Our new home has an open plan living with a view of the golf course and the wonderful sunsets. The alfresco area which allows for outdoor dining entreating almost all year round.
